Silver Parrot Designs

The 17.5" necklace is made with deep purple Swarovski pearls, copper beads and findings and an iridescent metal leaf pendant. The matching bracelet is 7.5" and the earrings are 2" long. I've included a couple of different views - one from the scanner and one from the camera - to show colors better.

Note: the earring tops are pewter with a copper-colored finish. I have tested a similar pair and did not have any problems with them even though I do have metal allergies, but if you are extremely sensitive, you might want to avoid this set or e-mail me a request to change out the earring tops to 14k gold fill.

These 2" earrings feature hand-painted porcelain disk beads by artist Kevin Chen and are accented with blue and peach Swarovski crystals and 14k gold fill beads. The earring tops are 14k gold fill French hooks.

A truly stunning fused dichroic glass cabochon is the inspiration for this 16" necklace. I've added bead embroidery in shades of white, green and deep blue to pick up the colors in the depths of the cabochon. The necklace features vintage frosted glass beads, bali silver spacers, Czech crystals and seed beads. The whole piece is finished with a sterling silver box clasp set with a genuine peridot. The pendant hangs about 1.75" from the necklace.

The colors in this necklace are neutral and earthy: smokey quartz, hematite and gold. The pendant features a focal cabochon of agate surrounded by bead embroidery. The necklace is made of vintage faceted crystals interspersed with gold Swarovski pearls. The clasp is a sterling silver box clasp set with genuine smokey quartz. Length is 16.75" and the pendant hangs about 1.5" from the necklace to the bottom of the pendant.

I've been lucky enough to find a a wonderful vendor who makes these beautiful, hand-painted porcelain beads and I just can't resist them. This pair has a fun little spring garden of flowers on them and I've accented them with Czech faceted crystal rondelles in lime green and pink Swarovski crystals for a little bit of extra flash. Bali vermeil spacers and 14k gold fill leverbacks complete this 2" pair of earrings. *Note: the colors are not QUITE as bright in real life as they appear in this scan. Close, but not quite. The green, especially.

When I look at the lovely colors in these 3" earrings, I can't help but think of the spectacular waters off Hawaii. I've loaded sterling silver chain with Swarovski crystals in shades ranging from palest blue, to deep turquoise with accents of lime green and chrysolite. Some white freshwater pearls, sterling and Bali silver beads are added in for contrast and a pretty piece of furnace glass adds the finishing touch at the bottom. The earring tops are sterling silver leverbacks. Is it summer yet?
