Looking like something recovered from an ancient shipwreck, this necklace features stunning lampwork beads by artist Little Crow. The beads have ivory bases rolled in purple, teal and khaki frit. A dusting of gold and droplets of fine silver finish off what is one of the prettiest sets of beads I've ever found. I've added Swarovski crystals, pearls, various other beads and 14kt gold-filled chain. The clasp is a gold vemeil toggle. Total length is 20". Enchanted Forest Necklace

This earthy, triple-strand necklace starts with gorgeous lampwork lentil beads in shades of ivory, teal and forest green. I've added green garnet, smoky quartzy, mother-of-pearl, Swarovski crystals and pearls, Czech glass and touches of Bali vermeil. The longest strand is 19" and the clasp is a 3-strand Bali vermeil hook and chain.

I couldn't resist this gorgeous strand of snakeskin jasper at a recent gem show. The colors do look like mint chocolate chip ice cream - my favorite flavor! I've added a Thai silver flower pendant and accent beads of faceted smokey quartz and Thai silver. The clasp is a Thai silver "S" style accented with a starflower. Amphitrite is Poseidon's wife and this 16" necklace truly is worthy of a sea goddess. Large aqua chalcedony nuggets are interspersed with faceted Czech crystals in shades of aqua and lavender as well as some Thai silver sea snail charms. I've wire wrapped additional Czech and Swarovski crystals and some freshwater pearls as dangles and used it all to show off a stunning Thai silver fish pendant which hanges approximately 1.5" below the necklace. Some adorable little lampwork glass bugs decided to make their home on this 16" length of sterling silver chain. A grasshopper, ladybug, caterpillar, bee, butterfly, bookworm and beetle are joined by oodles of freshwater pearls, Swarovski crystals and Czech glass beads in a fun array of fresh, summery colors.

Sterling silver chain is the perfect background for pink shell disks, freshwater pearls, smoky quartz and sterling silver "coins." This necklac is 17.5" and is finished with a sterling silver hook. Be sure to check out the matching earrings here.

African prehnite rondelles in palest mint green mix softly with glowing pink freshwater pearls, Bali silver and a sterling silver pendant. The clasp for this unusual 19" necklace is a Bali silver barrel-style clasp.

This 17.5" necklace features a stunning pendant of faceted labradorite in a coin shape. Although the scan does not pick it up, there's a nice spot of blue flash in the center of the pendant. Accent beads are freshwater pearls, labradorite rondelles, Czech crystal and sterling silver. The sterling silver "S" clasp is inlaid with labradorite as well.

It's a mother-of-pearl, teardrop pendant upon which has been hand-painted a winter landscape scene that is tiny and yet unbelievably intricate. I've added a 17.5", three-strand necklace composed of green apatite nuggets, stormcloud pearls and seed beads. A sterling silver S-clasp and 2.5" extender chain complete the piece.

I just love these playful, striped furnace glass beads by artist David Christensen. I've added two shades of sparkling pink Swarovski crystals and a multitude of sterling silver beads. This necklace is adjustable from 20-22" in length and has a sterling silver lobster clasp. NOTE: this will be the last design using these beads as they are no longer available!

This 25" necklace features faceted, coin-shaped beads of genuine shell in delicate colors of cream, pink, mauve, caramel and dusty lavender. The accent beads are faceted Czech glass rondelles, 24k gold Bali vermeil daisy spacers and deep mauve Swarovski pearls. The clasp is a 24k gold vermeil rope toggle.

A bright and cheery clay heart pendant by artist Lisa Peters makes a happy home on this 18.5" necklace. I've added my own sterling silver wire-wrapped links and accented them with beads of green and teal candy jade, Czech glass and Chines glass.

19" of sterling silver chain are accented with bright colors of lime, red, aqua and cobalt blue in this fun and cheery necklace. The main pendant is dyed howlite and the smaller beads are Chinese turquoise, Czech and Chinese glass. The clasp is a sterling silver lobster claw.

Featuring a gorgeous dichroic glass art bead by Carol Fonda & Monty Clark, this necklace is lush with Swarovski crystals, pearls and Bali silver. The clasp is a Bali silver "S" clasp set with a genuine amethyst and the total length is 20".

Airy and delicate, this 18" necklace is composed of hammered sterling silver chain and foiled white and pink glass beads. A 2" extender chain allows the length to be adjustable.

Marvelously patterned Czech glass beads the size of gumballs pair perfectly with faux "lava" chunks and Bali silver in this 17" necklace. The clasp is a Bali silver hook.

Keshi pearls and rainbow jasper make the perfect backdrop for this stunningly detailed porcelain hummingbird pendant by artist Laura Mears. Gunmetal chain and a gunmetal lobster clasp finish off this 17" necklace.

Inspired by Hans Christian Andersen's famous fairy tale, "The Snow Queen", this 18" necklace could have been made of shards of ice from the Snow Queen's palace. A Swarovski crystal in "silver shadow" takes center stage and is flanked by smaller crystals in "Montana blue."

Based on an article in "Step by Step Wire Jewelry" by Gaea Cannaday, I created this 22" necklace of hand-forged copper wire links, Czech glass and jade.

Sparkling lampwork "ice cube" beads in delicate shades of pink, yellow, white and spring green form the focal point for this feminine necklace. I've added Bali silver flower spacers and Swarovski crystal rondelles. Sterling silver chain and a butterfly toggle clasp complete this 17" necklace.

This 17" necklace starts with an unusual dichroic glass leaf focal bead which hangs elegantly from a horizontal brass branch component. The sides of the necklace are brass chain woven with chips of genuine peridot and amethyst gemstones. The clasp is a brass hook. The gemstones and glass in this piece give it an inner glow that is truly remarkable.

A hand-cast bronze lotus pendant by LeAnn Weih of Summer's Studio is accented with Swarovski crystals in shades of indicolite, olive green and Pacific blue opal. The Victorian age meets the new millenium in this necklace featuring blue-green porcelain components by artist Nancy Schindler. I've accented them with brass chain, blue chalcedony coin beads and dark green Czech firepolish beads. The clasp is a brass hook. The necklace is adjustable from 16-18".

Smoothly polished disks of ebony wood make a wonderful backdrop for a bright chunk of apple green howlite and beautifully detailed Bali silver beads. The necklace measures 17" but is extendable up to 19" via a sterling silver extender chain.
